WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly accept returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. 

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale
     

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We currently do not offer gift cards or gift vouchers.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. All items are shipped 2nd Class with Royal Mail. The advertised delivery time from Royal Mail is 3-5 working days. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer debit and credit card payment options as well as PayPal.

CAN I FIND YOUR ITEMS ANYWHERE ELSE?

You can shop with us online on our website and on Etsy. You can also find us at local markets and stalls. We also take part in The Pop Up Club store currently running in Dukes Lane Brighton.
